Emder Vielfaltslauf - mittenmang-Loop
The Emder Vielfaltslauf, also known as the mittenmang-Loop, is an inclusive running event taking place on August 22, 2026, in Emden, Germany. This event focuses on the joy of running, overcoming barriers, and fostering community, regardless of physical abilities or age groups.
Competitions and Courses:
- middenmang-Kinner-Loop: For children in respective age groups, with or without disabilities.
- 14:20 Uhr: 500 m (U8 - born 2018 and younger)
- 14:30 Uhr: 1 km (U10 - born 2016 and younger)
- middenmang-Rolli-Loop: For participants with wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids (all ages).
15:35 Uhr: 500 m - middenmang-Loop:
- 14:15 Uhr: 10 km (for participants 12 years and older, with or without disabilities)
- 15:20 Uhr: 1.5 km (for participants 10 years and older, with or without disabilities)
- 15:50 Uhr: 5 km (for participants 10 years and older, with or without disabilities)
- Walking-Loop:
- 15:45 Uhr: 5 km (for participants 10 years and older, with or without disabilities)

Start Documents and Late Registrations:
Start numbers with chips will be issued on the event day from 1 PM at Emlo – Herderstraße 21. Late registrations are possible up to 30 minutes before each start. Start numbers must be returned at the finish.
Entry Fee:
10 Euro for adults (only for 5 km and 10 km courses, and the Walking-Loop). Children, youths, and people with disabilities (proof required) do not pay a registration fee.
Note: Refunds are not possible in case of withdrawal or non-participation. Returning your start number after the race gives you a chance to win prizes in the tombola.
