Welcome to the 65th edition of the Eildon Three Hill Race. Cash prizes for all age category winners.
Online entry only.
Early bird discount (until 31st January 2026):
- £6 for Scottish Athletics members
- £8 for non-members
Standard entry price (from 1st Feb 2026 until close 17th June 2026):
- £10 for Scottish Athletics members
- £12 for non-members
Race Route:
7.2 km, 510m ascent. The route traverses the iconic three Eildon Hills with a start/finish in Gibson Park, Melrose, TD6 9SA. Some of it’s a bit lumpy, so you’ll need a good pair of trail shoes.
The route will be fully marked and marshals, and the Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue Team, will be on the hill should you need any help. There is no cut-off time to complete the race.
What do runners need to carry?
- All runners should carry a whistle.
- If the weather forecast is poor, runners may be asked to carry a waterproof jacket (and something to carry it in).
- There will be no water provided on the hill, so if it’s hot, advise carrying some water.
