Join us for a Couch to 5k or parkrun Session where attendees are encouraged to run, jog, or walk at their own pace. Whether you're a beginner or experienced runner, this session is open to all. Terms like fast, slow, and 5k pace are relative to each individual's capability and confidence. If you're unsure about your ability, try our Run/Walk sessions on Mondays first.
