The event lasts 1 hour. Attendees are not expected to run or jog at a prescribed pace; everyone runs/jogs/walks as fast or as slow as they wish. The terms we use, such as 'fast', 'slow', and 'comfortably hard', are relative to your own capability and comfort.
If unsure about your ability, we recommend trying our Run/Walk sessions on a Monday first.
