About the Session
This event lasts 1 hour and is focused on hill repeats. We expect all attendees to have completed either a Couch to 5k or a parkrun, as we are not equipped to support complete beginners.
Participants will not be expected to run at a specific pace; everyone is encouraged to run, jog, or walk at their own speed.
If you are unsure about your fitness level compared to others, please try our Run/Walk sessions available on Mondays beforehand.
