It's our 12th birthday so we are hosting a Hash Run to celebrate. In a Hash Run, runners (aka Hares) will lay a flour/chalk trail for runners to follow. Watch out for false trails, dead ends, and surprises. Wear a hat to join the fun!
Alcohol and treats provided mid and post-run. Must have completed Couch to 5k or parkrun to attend.
Attendees are not expected to run or jog at a prescribed pace; everyone runs/jogs/walks at their own pace. Terms like fast, slow, comfortably hard, 5k pace are relative to individual capability.
