3. E-Con Lauf
With many partners and supporters, we are proud to repeat this sports event on July 11, 2026. You can run alone or as a group on a 5 or 10 km course and be successfully honored in one of our 3 award classes. There are also Bambini & Schülerläufe (stadium laps) this year in cooperation with the Lindenschule Memmingen and, in cooperation with mamafit Allgäu, a 4 km walking route.
In addition to official timing via bib number with chip, we offer a small supporting program and catering directly at the e-con ArenaPark, so that all spectators will get their money's worth. We look forward to numerous participants!
All starting fees go 100% to the THW youth and the fire departments of Memmingen!
What will be run?
All races at a glance. The start and finish of the courses are on the grounds of the e-con ArenaPark. The award ceremony and catering will also take place here.

Bambinilauf (600 m)
With the support of the Lindenschule Memmingen, the Bambinilauf will take place again this year. This will be completed directly in the e-con ArenaPark in the form of a stadium lap.

Schülerlauf (1200 m)
With the support of the Lindenschule Memmingen, the Schülerlauf will take place again this year. This will be completed directly in the e-con ArenaPark in the form of two stadium laps.

Walken (4 km)
On a varied route of around 4 kilometers, you have the opportunity to complete the distance as part of a timed walk.

5km Hauptlauf (5 km)
From the e-con ArenaPark, it goes west towards the A7. The e-con Lauf course is 5 km long.

10 km Hauptlauf (10 km)
From the e-con ArenaPark, it goes west towards the A7. For the 10 km distance, the 5 km course is completed 2 times in a row.

- 10.07.2026 Friday: 12 PM to 2 PM Start number collection in the multifunctional building on the ground floor of the e-con ArenaParks.
- 11.07.2026 Saturday: From 8:00 AM Start number collection (up to 60 minutes before the start signal); 10:00 AM Bambinilauf (600 m); 10:15 AM Schülerlauf (1200 m); 11:00 AM 5km & 10km Hauptlauf; 11:15 AM Walken (4km); approx. 1:00 PM Award ceremony & lottery.
Information for participants
- Start/Finish Location: The e-con Arenapark in Memmingen.
- Alternative Route: The e-con AG reserves the right to change the route at short notice in case of adverse weather conditions. This will be announced on our homepage.
- Data Protection: The general data protection regulations apply.
- Showers & Changing Facilities: Showers and changing rooms are located on the grounds of the FC Memmingen stadium. Signage will be provided on-site.
- Liability: The organizer assumes no liability. Participation is at your own risk.
- Helpers: Numerous volunteers from THW and Feuerwehr Memmingen.
- Dogs: Dogs are allowed in the stadium but must be kept on a leash for the safety of the runners.
