- Bambini Runs: 3:00 PM
- 5 km Run: 5:00 PM
- 10 km Dünenlauf: 6:00 PM
Bambini Runs
Starting in multiple blocks from 3:00 PM in the Walter-Reinhard-Stadion, Sandhausen. Includes timing. For children up to 10 years old, covering 200m and 400m (half or a full stadium lap).
Course
A flat, varied course primarily leading through the forest and over a sand dune. A refreshment station is available on the 10 km course. The Bambini runs take place in the stadium.
Entry Fees
- Bambini Run: €4.00
- 5 km Run: €9.00
- 10 km Run: €11.00
- Late Registration Fee: €3.00 (includes association fee of €0.50)
Refunds for entry fees in case of non-participation are excluded.
Age Groups
For 5 km and 10 km runs, categories include up to 15 years, 16-19 years, and then in 10-year increments.
Award Ceremony & Prizes
- 5 km Run: Approx. 6:15 PM
- 10 km Run: Approx. 7:30 PM
The award ceremony will take place at the Walter-Reinhard-Stadion. Material prizes and certificates for the top three in each age group for the 5 km and 10 km races.

First aid provided by DRK, Sandhausen local group.
Refreshments
Water, tea, sports drinks, and fruit available at the finish. A refreshment station is also located on the 10 km course approximately halfway.
Changing Rooms
Changing rooms are available at the Walter-Reinhard-Stadion.
Notes
- A DLV-approved public run conducted according to IWR/VAO on a measured course.
- The event takes place regardless of weather conditions.
