Downeast Dash 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk
Lace up and join us for a fun-filled 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk in Machias, Maine on Saturday, July 18th! All profits from the event will be donated to the Maine Veterans' Home in Machias to support the incredible care they provide to our veterans. The race will begin and end at the Maine Veteran’s Home parking lot, with a post-race lunch to follow with the residents.
Registration Deadlines:
- 5K pre-registration with a t-shirt: Closes July 1st at 11:59 P.M.
- 5K/1-mile general pre-registration: Closes July 17th at 10:00 AM.
Event Schedule:
- Check-in: 8:00–9:15 A.M.
- 1-Mile Run/Walk Start: 9:30 AM
- 5K Start: 10:00 AM
After the race, stick around for raffle prizes generously donated by our amazing race sponsors. There's also an opportunity to make an additional donation during registration to further support the Maine Veteran’s Home in Machias.
