Until race day, the entry fees are $30 for the 5K run and $25 for the 2-mile walk, with a special $20 entry fee for students ranging from elementary school up to college. Race-day entry fees are $35 for the 5-mile run and $30 for the walk. Donations also are encouraged. Proceeds go to the Don Maynard Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to graduating Franklin County public school seniors.

The 5K course starts on Colrain Road and loops through the “Meadows” section of town, finishing on the bike path bridge. Walkers will take a 2-mile loop of the bike path. Bring your water shoes to cool off in the river afterward!
