Join us at Crystal Lake Park for the Dash and Deciduous 5k trail run!

This is a super secret, FREE, timed 'FATASS' 5k, which is essentially a fun, organized group run without all the bells and whistles of a typical race. Registration is required due to the field size being limited to 40 runners.

Top Male and Female Age Group Awards are available for:
- 29 and Under
- 30 to 39
- Masters (40+)
Course Description
This course features approximately 300ft of elevation gain, ankle-twisting roots, and steep hills. It is well-marked with a water station at the halfway point.
Spectator Information
The course is spectator-friendly, with cheering points at various locations.
Important Notes
The parking area is small, so we strongly encourage carpooling. This is a competitive club run where participants are responsible for their own safety.
