CUFFS & HOSES 5K/10K BLOCK PARTY
Join the Pikeville Police Department, Pikeville Fire Department, and Pikeville 911/Public Safety for the annual Cuffs & Hoses Block Party & 5K/10K, benefiting Christmas with a First Responder and other community outreach programs.
Theme: Totally Rad 90's! Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite 90's-inspired attire.
Event Schedule:
- 4:00 PM – Block Party Begins
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Live Music
- 8:00 PM – 5K & 10K Race Start
Race Information:
Start/Finish Location: Mountain Top Media Stage on Main Street in Downtown Pikeville.
Participants will enjoy a nighttime run through downtown Pikeville.
Registration Includes:
- Finisher Medal
- Professional Chip Timing
- Finish Line Photos & Videos
- One (1) Free Beer Token for participants age 21+
- One (1) Free Activity Ticket for participants under age 21
- Participant Swag Bag (Event Tote Bag, Reusable Water Bottle, Sunglasses, sponsor items)
Note: There will be NO race shirts this year. Swag bags replace event t-shirts. Giveaway items must be reserved by August 28, 2026.
School Participation Challenge:
The school with the highest participation will be recognized and receive a $250 Walmart Gift Card. Virtual registrations do not count toward school participation totals.
