ČT Lipenský COOP RUN 22. 8. 2026
Join the ČT Lipenský půlmaraton and COOP RUN on August 22, 2026, in Lipno nad Vltavou. This event offers multiple distances for all levels, including a half marathon (21 km), a 10 km race, and a 3 km race.
Children can participate in dedicated 400m and 800m races.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026
- Location: Marina Lipno nad Vltavou, ČEZ Lipno Sport Festival area. The finish line is located by the lower station of the cable car, about 500m from the festival area.
- Start Times: Children's races start at 9:00 AM and 9:20 AM. Adult races (21 km, 10 km, 3 km) start at 11:00 AM.
- Registration: Online registration is open. On-site registration is possible, but capacity for the 21 km and 10 km races is limited to 500 runners combined.
Race Courses:
- 21 km Half Marathon: ~20.6 km length, 562m elevation gain. Features 4 aid stations + finish aid, 3 intermediate timing points, and a mountain premium point.
- 10 km: ~9.7 km length, 286m elevation gain. Features 2 aid stations + finish aid, 2 intermediate timing points, and a mountain premium point.
- 3 km: 120m elevation gain. Aid station at the finish.
Categories:
Separate categories for men and women in the 21 km and 10 km races, including age groups. The 3 km race is non-competitive, with all participants receiving a medal.
Team Competition:
Teams (clubs, companies, families, students) of 4 members (minimum 3) can compete. Team results are based on the sum of the times of the top three members. Both 21 km and 10 km distances are eligible for team competition, but a team cannot mix distances.
