The Conestoga Trail Run is a challenging 10-mile trail race in Eastern Pennsylvania. The course features hilly terrain, rocky trails, and scenic views of the Susquehanna River. Participants must be 14 years or older. Aid stations with water and snacks are available along the trail. Bees are present on the course, so runners with allergies must carry an EpiPen. There is a cutoff time at the Pinnacle Aid Station at Mile 7. Awards will be given to top finishers in various age categories.
