Join us for our inaugural Color Me LexCath DanceBlue 5K supporting the University of Kentucky Children’s Pediatric Oncology Unit! SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2026 at 8:00AM at ALLTECH ARENA/KY HORSEPARK

WHY WE RACE & DANCE
The Lexington Catholic DanceBlue is a fundraiser supporting the University of Kentucky Children’s Pediatric Oncology Unit. DanceBlue is an opportunity for our school and local communities to come together for a meaningful cause. We dance for those who can’t, their families, and the memories we make together. The DanceBlue organization is a year-round fundraising effort through the University of Kentucky, consisting of multiple different fundraising groups to reach an overall goal. The Lexington Catholic DanceBlue Mini marathon works in support of this effort with all of the funds raised going directly to the University of Kentucky Clinic. Our Mini Marathon has numerous fundraising opportunities to help us reach our mini marathon overall fundraising goals. This student-led initiative encourages our members, students, and local community to help in the fight against pediatric cancer. By participating, donating, volunteering, and spreading awareness you are able to experience what DanceBlue is really about --- JOY!! This is why we have decided to expand our effort and do our first ever 5K! The Color Me LexCath DanceBlue 5K is an opportunity to expand our community outside of just our student body. We welcome runners and walkers of all levels and abilities to join the fun. We hope to see you on September 20th! As our motto is always, everything we do is “For the Kids!”
