Practical Information:
Bib pickup and day registration: Bar of the Calidris - Strandlaan 1, 8434 Westende - from 5 PM
Start and finish: Parking Strandlaan 1, 8434 Westende
Award ceremony: Parking Strandlaan 1, 8434 Westende
Start Times:
- Youth run (approx. 1 km) - 6:30 PM
- 6 km - 7:00 PM - award ceremony around 7:40 PM
- 10 km - 8:00 PM - award ceremony around 9:15 PM
Refreshments:
After the race, each participant will receive a selection of drinks and refreshments.
Photobooth:
Each participant can take photos at the Fotostickie photobooth. The photobooth will be available from 6 PM.
Registration Fees:
- Youth (3rd kindergarten to 6th grade) - Free
- 6 km:
- Pre-registration until August 26 - € 7
- On-site registration - € 10
- 10 km:
- Pre-registration until August 26 - € 9
- On-site registration - € 12
Podium Prizes:
For the 6 km and 10 km, prize money will be awarded to the male and female senior and master winners.
Youth: Medal for every participant upon arrival. Medals, gadgets, and snacks for all participants.

- Extensive final refreshments for all participants (Parking Calidris in Strandlaan)

Accessibility and Parking:
Tram stop Westende Sint-Laureins at 100 m. Parking available at H. Jasparlaan and Badenlaan (paid until 7 PM). Koning Ridderdijk will be closed from 4:30 PM.
