- 10 000-Meter-Citylauf (Volksbank-Lauf): A 10,000-meter main race suitable for competitive runners and those who enjoy the experience. The course winds through the old town, Emsauen, and the surrounding landscape. Start time: 16:30 Uhr.
- 7500-Meter-Walking: A 7,500-meter walking course, suitable for participants with or without poles. Walkers start with the runners but have a separate path after the stadium. Enjoy the route along the Emsaue. Start time: 16:30 Uhr.
- 5000-Meter-Lauf (Takko-Fashion-Lauf): A 5,000-meter run for families, individuals, and beginners. The course includes two fast laps through the old town with a refreshment station. Start time: 15:15 Uhr.
- Fun Run (Hilbk&Blome Augenoptik Fun Run): A 2,500-meter fun run with no timekeeping, encouraging everyone to run, walk, or stroll through Telgte's city center. Suitable for individuals, teams, clubs, or families. Every participant receives an ice cream at the finish. Start time: 14:35 Uhr.
- 2500-Meter-Schülerlauf (Stadtwerke Ostmünsterland Schülerlauf): A 2,500-meter run for schoolchildren, featuring a circuit through the old town. Emphasis is on the experience and atmosphere, with an ice cream reward at the finish. Start time: 14:30 Uhr.
- Bambinilauf: A run for the youngest participants on the sports field. Focus is on fun, with no timekeeping. All participants receive medals, certificates, and a surprise. Start time: 14:00 Uhr.
