Chocolate Run 5K, 10K & Half Marathon
The Chocolate Run is the 13th annual event held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in Stanley Park, Vancouver. The race takes place on the fully paved Seawall that loops around the park and follows the northern, western and southern shorelines.

The start/finish area is at Lumberman’s Arch. The Seawall route provides views of the city, the northern mountains and Lions Gate Bridge. Stanley Park spans about 400 hectares with evergreen cedar, hemlock and fir forest and notable wildlife along coastal sections.
Services and race details
This is a tag-timed event; participants must attach the timing tag to their shoe laces and return it after the race to avoid a charge. Registration includes a race bib, a souvenir race toque, a finishing medal while supplies last, chocolate, after-event snacks, individual timing, participant insurance and entry into random draw prizes. Race kits are available only during posted package pickup times; remaining supplies may be redistributed afterward.
