A $300 award is offered to any male or female runner who breaks the existing 7-mile time records. The fastest times recorded are: male 36:27 by William Pike (1982) and female 44:41 by Robin Emery (1982). Record breakers must stay for the award ceremony to receive the award.
Age groups are in 10-year increments starting from below 18, 19-29 up to 70-79, with an 80+ category. Awards will be given to the overall top 3 male and female finishers, and to the winners of each age group (male and female). Only the top walker will receive an award.
Runners under 18 require a parent's permission.
