The Cayuga Trails has been frequently recognized as one of the most scenic courses in the United States, featuring:

This rugged course is about 95% trail and offers an exceptional experience for runners.

Course Capacity
The field cap is set at 400 participants, with additional spots available through the waitlist.
Poles, Pacers, and Crews
You can use poles, but pacers are not allowed. Crews are permitted with limited parking.
Drop Bags
Runners can leave drop bags at designated areas for easy access during the race.
Refund Policy
While there is a no-refund policy, entries can be rolled into another event if notified at least 30 days before the race.
