The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K celebrates survivors, supports our breast cancer warriors, and honors loved ones lost too early. This event raises critical funds for the Family Health Partnership Clinic to provide healthcare services to uninsured individuals in McHenry County.

Registration Information
Registration includes a Care4 T-shirt (guaranteed size if registered by 10/10). VIRTUAL participants can choose their own time and place from October 12 to October 20.
