Cardio Kidz Winter Running Series- Fort Myers
Join the Cardio Kidz Winter Running Series in Fort Myers for a three (3) week outdoor running series designed for kids ages 2–14 of ALL ABILITIES. Whether your child is a seasoned runner or brand-new to racing, Cardio Kidz provides a supportive, encouraging, and FUN environment where every child can thrive. Each race day is held once a week, on Sunday, and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50-yard dash, 100-yard dash, 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile, and 1-mile run. Runners CAN choose to “run up” in distance if they want to take on a bigger challenge. We also offer an Alternate 1/4-mile option for 2nd–8th graders who may prefer a shorter race. Beyond movement, Cardio Kidz focuses on building confidence, resilience, and social-emotional growth. Our mission is simple: self-improvement over competition. We celebrate effort, progress, and courage—no matter the pace.

- Preschool 2 Years Old - 50 Yard Dash
- Preschool 3 Years Old - 50 Yard Dash
- Preschool 4 Year Old - 100 Yard Dash
- Preschool 5 Years Old - 100 Yard Dash
- Kindergarten- 1/4 Mile
- 1st Grade- 1/4 mile
- 2nd Grade - 1/2 Mile
- 3rd Grade - 1/2 Mile
- 4th-5th Grade - 1 Mile
- 6th-8th Grade - 1 Mile
- 2nd- 8th Grade - ALTERNATE 1/4 Mile
