Canossa Benefiz Berglauf® 2026
The Rotary Club Goslar invites you to the CANOSSA Benefiz Berglauf® on September 20, 2026, in Bad Harzburg. This challenging mountain run, named after the historical "walk to Canossa," concludes at the CANOSSA Column on the Burgberg. Participants can choose to run, walk, or hike across two courses: 6 kilometers and 12 kilometers. This event is a charity run held in one of the most beautiful parts of the Harz National Park, with all donations and sponsorships directly supporting the inclusive work with children and youth in the Goslar district. Participants who complete the "Canossa-Gang" will receive a personal "indulgencel certificate" and a commemorative medal.
Following the race, an after-race event will feature award ceremonies and entertainment at the Canossa Column. The event is organized in cooperation with regional partners TSG Bad Harzburg, MTV Goslar, and the Kreismusikschule Goslar e.V. The event is under the patronage of Mayor Ralf Abrahms.
