Canada Day Run & Walk - Regina
The event takes place on July 1, 2026 in Regina, SK, Canada. The start and finish are located between Wascana Lake and the Queen Elizabeth II Flower Gardens on Walter Scott Way.
Both in-person and virtual participation options are available. In-person registrations include access to the virtual races in addition to the on-site event. Virtual registrations include access to both virtual races.

The 5K follows a clockwise route around Wascana Lake. The 3K is an out-and-back to Pine Island. All courses are subject to change prior to race day.
Race fees include a locally designed Run Regina swag item, a locally designed Canada Day finishers medal, a custom race bib and chip timing for the in-person event. Free professional high-definition race photos will be available for download after the event. An online leaderboard, a digital finisher medal and a digital finisher certificate are provided. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Virtual participants may complete their distance any time between July 1 and July 31, 2026 and upload their time to the Race Roster virtual results page.
