We will have a free sock package for finishing both the Gary Mittelholtz 10 Mile Run and the Guardian Drugs 5K!! We also have a walk-run clinic supporting the Grand Bay Guardian 5K led by Lily on Wednesday nights in uptown Saint John!! Finisher's Medals will be back!!
