About the Event
A Race Experience Like No Other: Starting at Woodlands Beach, in Long Sault, you'll have shallow waters for your swim, a pristine parkway to bike on as you island hop your way through the course, and a scenic run to finish off the event. This venue also has excellent camping and cabin options on site. If you're interested in camping with our Race Crew and volunteers, we'll be booking spots at Woodlands. We hope to see you there!

Relay Team:
Signing up for a Relay Team means that you'll have 2 or 3 people who complete the race together. One person will swim, one person will bike, and one person will run. You can also opt to have a 2-person relay where someone does 2 of the 3 sports. Only one person needs to sign the team up, meaning that the entry fee covers all 3 people doing the relay.
When you see "name on bib" during check out, you'll be putting your team name into that field.
