Brunsberglauf Buchholz
The Brunsberg is calling! On 06.09.2026, the starting gun will fire for the 15th Brunsberglauf. In addition to the main race over 11.7 km over the Brunsberg through forest and blooming heath, we offer, as usual, a half marathon and the 5 km family run to the Mühlenteich.
Highlights of the runs include Höllenschlucht, Brunsberg, Mühlenteich, and the Zwergentunnel. The mountain classification on the Brunsberg and the team classifications in the 5 km and 11.7 km runs are also popular. Furthermore, there are four different children's runs. With distances from 0.3 km to 2.5 km, there is something for every age group.
In the finish area on the sports field of the Mühlenschule in Buchholz / Holm-Seppensen, the whole family can expect an attractive supporting program. The profits from the Brunsberglauf events from 2010 - 2025 totaling EUR 130,000 have been donated for the sports field construction of SV Holm-Seppensen (EUR 110,000) and for the promotion of non-profit organizations / clubs and projects in the Buchholz region with a focus on Holm-Seppensen. The motto this year is again "Run and do good". Last year, a total of EUR 10,000 was donated to the Kita Am Schoolsolt, the Montessori Lernwelt, the Geschichts- und Museumsverein, the DLRG Buchholz, and the SV Holm-Seppensen (Judo and Acrobatics departments). This is one more reason to participate in the Brunsberglauf! We look forward to your participation!
