Event Details and Schedule
Start time: 7:30am Sprint Triathlon, 7:45am Duathlon
Packet pick-up:
- Friday at Brickyard Bike Co (507 Dillingham St, Phenix City, AL 36867) from 4pm - 6:00pm
- Saturday at transition from 5:30am - 7:00am
Note: T-shirts are not guaranteed for those who register race day or race week.
The Swim
500m downstream. The river depths are approximately 4-6 ft. Starts are conducted in a "time-trial" fashion, one athlete at a time.
The Bike
10 miles - A fast and flat out and back course on Brickyard Road.
The Run
3.1 miles - A flat 1-loop course with an aid station located approximately 200 yds out of transition.
Awards
Categories include Male/Female: Under 14, 15-19 in 5-year increments up to 70+. Top 3 overall Male/Female and top 3 in age group. Relay teams are also awarded.
Each participant receives a medal and t-shirt. Triathletes will be provided a swim cap.

Weather Policy
No "rain dates". In case of hazardous weather, Race Management may alter, eliminate parts of the course, or delay the event. If deemed too dangerous, the event will be canceled with no refunds. Safety is the utmost concern.
Refund Policy
No refunds are offered. Deferrals may be possible under extreme circumstances with supporting documentation by contacting [email protected].
