BRA Run - Los Angeles

Join us for the 14th Annual BRA Run on August 30th, 2026, located at Dockweiler Beach in Playa Del Rey, CA. This event features a 5K and a 13K race, with additional courses including a Kids 1K, Virtual 5K, Virtual 13K, a 14 Mile Bike Ride, a Bike + 13K Run, and a Bike + 5k Run.

Event Schedule

5:15 AM: Parking Lots Open (LA County charges $13, bring cash)
6:15 AM: Registration and Vendor Booths Open
6:30 AM: Bike Tour Starts
7:05 AM: Costume Contests
7:16 AM: National Anthem
7:30 AM: 13K start (2 hour time limit, 15 min per mile pace or faster)
7:50 AM: 5K start
9:30 AM: Kids Run starts (approximate time)
9:45 AM: Awards Ceremony

Charity Support

The BRA Run is the biggest fundraiser for Evelyn's BFF, a charity dedicated to supporting breast cancer survivors with counseling, reconstruction, and other essential needs not covered by insurance. Participate in person or virtually to help Evelyn's Breast Friends Forever.

Virtual Run/Walk Option

Can't make it in person? Sign up for the virtual run and receive a bib, shirt, and medal by mail while supporting breast cancer survivors.
