BEAR CHASE 1 MILE & 5K
The BEAR CHASE event features a 1 Mile Run/Walk starting at 8:30 AM and a 5K Run starting at 9:15 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time to catch the shuttle bus to the start line.
Location & Registration Details:
- Location: Bertha-Hewitt High School
- 1-Mile Run/Walk: $20
- 5k Run: $30
- 1-Mile/5k Run Double: $35
On-Line Registration ends July 8th. After June 28th, prices increase by $5 per race, and shirts are NOT guaranteed. Race day registration is available from 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Course Information:
Participants in both races will take a shuttle bus to the start line and will finish in front of the Bertha-Hewitt School.
- 1 Mile Course: All paved, flat, and fast.
- 5k Course: Features small rolling hills and is fast!
Awards & T-shirts:
Preregister to ensure you receive a T-shirt (limited sizes/quantities after June 28th). Ribbons will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division for both races. Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female finishers in both races.
