Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP

Join us for a one-of-a-kind coastal race in beautiful Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi—ranked in the Top 5 of America’s Best Coastal Small Towns by USA Today! Now in its fourth year, the Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP combines a 5K run along the scenic beach sidewalk with a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race.

This exciting event is hosted by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company and features chip timing, a continuous transition from run to paddle, and individual and relay categories. Participants can compete solo or as part of a 2-person relay team—one teammate runs, the other paddles.
