Welcome to Atlantic Duathlon
We're thrilled to announce our Atlantic Duathlon taking place at the famous Rockaway Beach in Queens! Featuring stunning ocean vistas and a smooth concrete boardwalk, it offers an ideal route for both running and biking.
Rain or shine, the race will go on, so be sure to arrive early to familiarize yourself with the course and event setup.

Cut Off Time: 9:30 AM
Awards: Awarding ceremony will occur 10 minutes after top-3 Women finish.

Course Information
Both runs are on the boardwalk and the same: 3 miles. The bike is 2 laps on the boardwalk, totaling 11.6 miles. Transition by Beach 84th Street bus stop.
Registration
Registration is only online as it is a free-of-charge race. Check-in begins 1 hour before the race and ends 20 minutes prior to start time. No racing license is required.
Awards
Top-3 Men and Women get medals and merchandise. Remaining participants will receive finisher medals.
Parking
Free public parking is available at Beach 94th street.
