Appalachian Sustainable Development Barn To Run 4 Miler

Join ASD as we celebrate 30 years of growing a stronger Appalachia through Agriculture. This family friendly event with the course starting and finishing at The Meadows with an out and back section on the Creeper Trail. Wear your best fruit or veggie costume or dress like your favorite farmer. First 100 who register are guaranteed a t-shirt. All proceeds benefit ASD.
