Course Description
Officially measured out-and-back courses through the Lippeaue landscape conservation area and the Bad Hamm spa park.
Registration and Fees
Pre-registration opens in October 2026. Late registrations are possible online up to approximately 30 minutes before each start.
- 5.0 km Start Fee: €10.00 until December 8, 2026; €12.00 from December 9, 2026; €14.00 on race day.
- 10.0 km Start Fee: €12.00 until December 8, 2026; €14.00 from December 9, 2026; €16.00 on race day.
- Discounts: Youth and young adults up to U20 receive a 50% discount on the start fee.
- Additional Fees: €3.00 deposit for the bib (refundable upon return) and a €1.00 donation for the support association of the Hamm hospice.
Timing and Awards
- Timing: Net and gross times recorded using the Race Result system with a chip in the bib.
- Awards: Trophies for overall male and female winners. Prizes for places 1-3 in all age groups (male/female). Certificates available for download or print.
- Award Ceremony: Approximately 45 minutes after the first runner finishes.

- Participants are prohibited from wearing headphones, carrying dogs, or using baby joggers during the competition.
