Start Times: Ache Around the Lake - 8:00 AM, Ouch 2 Mile - 8:05 AM, Kids 1 Mile Fun Run - 8:15 AM.
Packet Pickup Race Day: Starting at 6:30 AM in the parking lot of the Tryon Antique Mall.
Awards will be announced at 9:30 AM.
