A Run for the Books 5K & 1 Mile
Join us for the A Run for the Books 5K and 1 Mile event! All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Kingsville Library.
Schedule:
- Registration Time: 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM
- Race Start Time: 9:00 AM
Courses:
- 5K Run: Starts at the Kingsville Public Library, 6006 Academy Street, Kingsville, OH 44048. This is a timed event.
- 1 Mile Walk: This is an untimed event.
Registration & Pricing:
- Online & US Mail Registrations received until July 17: $30.00
- Day of Event Registration: $35.00
Prizes & Awards:
- 5K Overall: $100 cash prize each for the top male and top female finisher (courtesy of AM Ford of Ashtabula County).
- Age Group Awards: Top 3 finishers in each age group will receive unique awards. Age groups include: 14 & younger, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and older.
Perks:
- Shirts for the first 100 registered participants.
- Free Kona Ice on site for all event participants!
Note: No dogs are allowed. Service animals are permitted.
