8th Annual PTSD Awareness 5K Run/Walk
This is our 8th Annual PTSD Awareness 5K! We are introducing a running chair to allow disabled individuals to participate. Help us overcome PTSD by supporting and participating in this event. Show your support by honoring those who have lost the battle to PTSD, those who are currently battling, and those who have survived. Through PERSEVERANCE, TENACITY, SUPPORT, and DETERMINATION, we can overcome PTSD.
Proceeds from this event will go to the First Responder PTS Foundation (501c3) to assist first responders in obtaining mental health services and education related to PTSD.
Awards will be given to the top male and female finisher in the following age categories: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
Participants will receive a t-shirt, a finisher limited edition challenge coin, and post-race refreshments (water and coffee). Must register by May 4th to guarantee t-shirt availability and size.
Packet Pickup:
- Pre-Race: Friday, June 5th, 3:00pm-6:00pm at 34406 N 27th Dr, Bldg 7, Suite 173, Phoenix, AZ 85085 (use back entrance).
- Race Day: Saturday, June 6th, 6:00am-7:00am.
