5. LSG-Waldauer-Wiesen-Lauf and 16. Lauf der Nordhessencup-Serie
Welcome to our fun run! Whether you're just starting out, train regularly, or are already sporty, you can join us. Enjoy a relaxed evening with family or friends, exchange ideas with others, or simply unwind. Catering includes cake, sausages, and cold drinks. There are two water stations on the course. For the environment's sake: please bring your own cup. Thank you!
Children's supervision available! For those who want to run themselves, we offer sports-focused childcare from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Due to unfortunately very low demand in recent years, we have decided not to offer walking as a separate category anymore. In any case, we look forward to every walker! You can simply register for the 5 or 9.5 km and start with them.
