The kids run and the 3 km fun run occur on Saturday and registration for those events is on-site that day. Race kit pickup is scheduled on September 24 and during the event weekend, with a separate pickup for out-of-town participants noted for the Sunday before the races.
Registration fees are non-refundable. If the event is canceled for safety reasons or a natural disaster, a virtual option will be offered and arrangements made for participants to obtain their medal and swag. Transfers and deferrals are available for a nominal fee; these must be completed by September 20, 2026.
Race shirts are guaranteed only for entries submitted by August 9, 2026. Green Bib registrations provide a reduced-price option without a shirt or medal and are available until early August as specified in the registration details. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
