The 28th Annual Sprint for Life 5K and Sprint for Sprouts Kids' Run will be held on the campus of MD Anderson Cancer Center May 3, 2025. Make a difference in the fight against ovarian cancer! Founded in 1998, Sprint for Life has two missions: to raise awareness and research funds for ovarian cancer. Hosted by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Sprint for Life has raised more than $5.8 million for the Blanton-Davis Ovarian Cancer Research Program, one of the world's leading efforts dedicated to ovarian cancer research. Funding has allowed researchers to develop new clinical trials, understand the biology of ovarian cancer and develop new therapies for the disease.

- 7:00 a.m. Survivors’ Tent and Lounge open and Kids' Zone opens
- 7:30 a.m. 5K Run/Walk Begins
- 7:45 a.m. Food and Fun in Post-Race Party area
- 8:30-9:15 a.m. Presentation and Awards Ceremony
- 9:00 a.m. Survivor Photo at Post-Race Party Stage
- 9:30 a.m. Sprouts Pep Rally, Tot Trot and Sprint for Sprouts races and Kids’ Zone Closes
- 10:00 a.m. Boutique closes and the Sprint for Life event concludes
