Welcome to the 2026 Germantown Academy All Comers Track and Field Meet
All ages and abilities are welcome! You may sign up for as many events as you like.
Discounts Available:
- Multiple Events: Half price for additional events.
- Athletes 12 and Under: Half Price.
- Athletes who attend GA's Summer Track and Field Camp (Grades 3-8): Discount on Meet Shirt Orders if registered before June 6th.
- Athletes under 13 who are entered in at least one event may do the 4x100 for free!
Pricing:
- Athletes 13 and up: $20 for the first event, and $10 for additional events.
- Children 12 and younger: $10 for the first event, and $5 for additional events.
Meet T-Shirts:
Save on Drift Tee Meet T-Shirts! Shirts are $20 until July 6th, $25 after, and $30 at the meet while supplies last.
Schedule:
This is a tentative timeline, as entry numbers will dictate the length of some events, especially in the field. Track events will operate on a rolling schedule.
Warm Ups:
- Track & Field: May begin as early as 4:30 PM.
- Parking: Available at the stadium after 4:00 PM. Overflow parking is available on the main campus with a pathway to the stadium.
Track Events (Rolling Start):
5:30 PM onwards: 100m, Mile, 400m, 4x100 (Athletes under 13, Free with registration of another event!), 4x100, 800m, 200m, 5K.
Field Events:
- 5:00 PM: Pole Vault (Warm Ups begin 4:30 PM)
- 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM: Discus and Javelin
- 5:15 PM: High Jump (Warm Ups begin 4:30 PM)
- 5:15 PM - 7:00 PM: Long Jump (Open Pit)
- 6:00 PM - 8:15 PM: Shot Put (Warm Ups begin 5:30 PM)
- 7:30 PM: Triple Jump (Open Pit until last jumper)
Note: Three throws/horizontal jumps. PV and HJ will base open heights and flights on entries. Timeline may be altered based on entries.
Important Notes:
- Entries Close July 6th, and will reopen on the 7th with an increased price.
- During Registration, you will be asked to provide an estimated time for running events for seeding purposes.
- Field Event Locations: Use the provided Field Event Map.
