2026 AMERICA’S FINEST CITY HALF MARATHON & 5K
Join us for the 49th annual America's Finest City Half Marathon & 5K on Sunday, August 16, 2026! The AFC Half Marathon is a scenic, point-to-point race starting at Cabrillo National Monument, running through Point Loma, along San Diego Bay, and finishing in Balboa Park. The 5K offers a fast, flat course through Balboa Park.
Registration Fees:
- Half Marathon: $108.90
- 5K Run/Walk: $51.70
- Virtual Half Marathon: $108.90
- Virtual 5K: $51.70
Event Details:
- Half Marathon Start Time: 6:15 AM PDT (3.25-hour time limit)
- 5K Start Time: 6:10 AM PDT (1-hour time limit)
- Virtual options available for both races.
