Race Details:
- Großer Berglauf (Big Mountain Run): 9.8 km, for participants born 2010 and earlier. Start: 9:30 AM. Awards for overall male/female, age groups, and mixed teams.
- Sparkassen-Lauf (Sparkasse Run): 6.0 km, for participants born 2014 and earlier. Start: 10:00 AM. Awards for overall male/female and age groups.
- Genusslauf (Nordic) Walking: 6.0 km, for participants born 2014 and earlier. Start: 10:10 AM. Participation with timing but no rankings; alphabetical finish list.
- AOK Kids-Lauf (AOK Kids Run): 1.9 km, for participants born 2011-2020. Start: 11:50 AM. Awards for M/W U10, U12, U14, U16. Every participant receives a medal.
- Bambinilauf (Toddler Run): 350 m, for participants born up to 2019. Start: 12:15 PM. No timing. Every participant receives a medal.

Registration: Online via RaceResult platform. Bib pickup starts at 8:00 AM at the start/finish area.

Refreshments: Water and isotonic drinks available on the 10km & 6km courses. Post-race refreshments include drinks, fresh fruit, nut bread, and white bread.
Facilities: Showers available at the sports center.
Goal: To get as many people moving as possible, bringing together beginners and experienced runners, as well as young and old.
